Shipping Information
Order Processing
Each handcrafted piece undergoes final quality inspection before dispatch. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Additional time for custom-made items (you’ll receive specific timelines for these pieces)
Delivery Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and signature confirmation
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance times for international orders. Some Asian destinations and remote areas may not be serviceable.
Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from your delivery date for non-custom items in original condition. Our returns process mirrors the refined experience we want you to have with our furniture.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their bespoke nature, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made furniture (special finishes/dimensions)
- Dining tables made to specific requirements
- Display cabinets built to customer specifications
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Refund or exchange preference
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed repackaging instructions
- Appropriate return shipping address
Step 3: Prepare Your Shipment
Repackage items with all original materials including:
- Protective corner guards
- Felt pads for table legs
- All hardware components
- Instruction manuals (if applicable)
Step 4: Ship Your Return
We recommend:
- Using the original carrier (DHL/FedEx for standard shipping, EMS for free shipping)
- Purchasing insurance for high-value items
- Retaining your shipping receipt
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement will ship within 3 business days of return approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Document the issue with clear photographs
- Note any shipping box damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.
